Information we collect and why

• Inquiries: When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, optional company name, selected subject, and message. We use these details to answer your inquiry, provide support, and follow up on your request.
• Website usage: Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, interactions, referring pages, visit times, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. We use reports to understand traffic and improve the website.
• Delivery and security: Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information, and security signals to deliver pages, prevent spam and abuse, and diagnose problems.
• Preferences: Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice and your analytics preference so the website can remember them.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a website inquiry.

Analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager. Analytics is on by default unless you turn it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). Closing the notice is not an affirmative consent to tracking. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or the button below.

Turning analytics off stops further Google Analytics measurement in this browser and removes the Google Analytics cookies this website can access. It does not delete information already received by Google. Hosting, security, and contact-form services continue to work.

A GPC signal takes priority over a saved analytics-on choice. Our control responds to GPC; it does not respond to the older Do Not Track signal. Your saved choice applies to this browser on this website. Make the choice separately on other browsers or devices. Clearing site storage removes the saved choice, after which the default applies unless GPC is on.

Cookies and browser storage

• Analytics preference (ff-cookie-preferences): Local storage remembers whether analytics is on or off until you change your choice or clear site storage. It does not have an automatic expiration.
• Theme preference (ff-theme): Local storage remembers your chosen appearance until you change it or clear site storage.
• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*): Cookies distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google’s default lifetime is two years, subject to cookie settings and browser limits. These cookies are optional and are controlled by your analytics choice.
• Security: Cloudflare may use cookies or similar browser information to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. These protections are separate from optional analytics.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries:

• HubSpot: Customer relationship management for website inquiries. When you submit the contact form, we send your name, email, optional company name, selected subject, and message to HubSpot so we can manage and respond to your request. This form connection does not install HubSpot browser tracking, and submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails. See the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Website hosting, delivery, security, contact-form processing, and email delivery. The form uses Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Google: Google Analytics measures website use, and Google Fonts delivers the website’s typefaces. Font requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. Google also provides the inbox used to receive website form notifications. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Sanity: Content management and image delivery. Loading an image from its content delivery network sends technical request information to that service. See the Sanity Privacy Policy.
• Email services: We use email providers, including DreamHost for our public contact mailbox, to receive correspondence and respond to you.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights and security, or respond to lawful requests. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the inquiry and whether it leads to an ongoing relationship. Technical logs and analytics records follow the retention settings and practices of the services that process them. Cookie lifetimes are separate from retention of information already collected. You can contact us about retention or request deletion.

Your privacy requests

To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@fieldformspro.com. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights, including a right to receive a copy of your information or opt out of certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Legal obligations and other permitted exceptions can limit what we can delete. If you disagree with our response, reply to ask for a review.

Turning off analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website or contacting us.

Children

This website is intended for business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can address it.
